Friday, Mar 3

Blossom Bliss

Feast your eyes on gorgeous cherry blossoms as the seasonal flowers come into full bloom at Gardens by the Bay. If you visited the Japanese-inspired landscape last year, you’ll be pleased to know that this edition features new varieties displayed for the first time.

Explosions In The Sky

Wind down the week with melodies by post-rock outfit Explosions In The Sky as they take you through their sixth and newest album, The Wilderness. Unknown Mortal Orchestra supports.

i Light Marina Bay 2017

At this year’s edition of the sustainable light art fest, you’ll get to stroll around three themed hubs to admire the dazzling installations and check out activities like a recycling and upcycling marketplace, PasarBella’s farmer’s market, a kinetic energy playground, music performances, an imaginative zoological garden, immersive theatre performances and an urban farming showcase.

Singapore Design Week 2017

Plenty here to keep you occupied — from craft fairs and exhibitions to design workshops and trails, the fest offers more than 100 activities to celebrate all things design.

Saturday, Mar 4

70s/80s/90s/00s Dance Party

Groove to your favourite beats from the ’70s to the ’00s and shake off all the stresses of the work week.

9pm-1am at The Black Swan. Free.

Air Supply

Fill your weekend with the classic sounds of Air Supply as the band hits the stage with familiar tunes like ‘All Out Of Love’ and ‘Sweet Dreams’.

Beerkini Rocks

Expect bottles of beer at low prices, bikini babes and rock ‘n’ roll grooves by live bands at this beach party. On the line-up are names like The Good Karma and Bushmen.

3pm-late at Bikini Bar, Siloso Beach. Free.

OFC Social Market

The ever-popular outdoor market returns with your favourite local farmers, makers and bakers displaying their wares at Dempsey. Take part in yoga classes, watch a sunset screening, get hands on at urban farming workshops or just walk around to check out vendors like Made Real, Botanica Culture and Wholesome Paws.

Superfly

This urban party/street culture fest features DJs behind the decks, a marketplace hawking designer goods and streetwear, and annual sneaker convention Sole Superior.

Sunday, Mar 5

Art Club #02

Immerse yourself in art and music at this Sunday roast where you’ll meet the makers behind names like Forest Child, WANT skincare and Candles Of Light.

2pm-7pm at Camp Kilo Charcoal Club. Free.

Future Detour #2

This second gig in the Future Detour series offers up more experimental tunes by the likes of Katsura Yamauchi, PUPA and Luna Azure.

Human Library SG #2
