Block Party ft. Daryl C & Kaye
Featuring Daryl C and Kaye from local collective Darker Than Wax, this edition of Gallery & Co’s block party brings you the beats of funk, soul and deep house. Plus, you’ll be sipping on flutes of Perrier-Jouët champagne to keep you bubbly all night.

Cafe is a new work written by playwright and performer Joel Tan (don’t get him confused with singer-songwriter Gentle Bones), one of the two headliner playwrights for The Twenty-Something Theatre Festival 2016. The story seeks to ask the audience questions about the way we live and the things we hope for.

The Local People x Bras Basah Bugis Arts Sprawl Night Market
The latest edition of The Local People’s market features 50 food, art and retail vendors, wall installations, storytelling session, a live portrait studio booth and lots more. Tunes come courtesy of Stanley Ho, Strangerfox and more. Oh, for fans of the famous (infamous?) transparent jelly-like raindrop cake, get your first taste here, at a stall by O’ Raindrop Cake.

Singapore never tires of indie markets. This one by Indigoism features art and illustrations by Yellow Mushmellow, Mrydette, A Whispering Campaign and more, as well as food and drinks by Redibles, Mikkeller Bar Singapore and Foodogenic by nanatang. Also look out for a silkscreen demo by Crinj and books by AF Storytellers.

Gillman Barracks Farmer’s Market
Get fresh produce and meet local farmers at this market, which brings in names like Foodscape Collective, Microgreenssg, Nakedgreens, Guerilla Seeds, Aerospring Gardens and more. Activities like community gardening will be held, along with music by the likes of Joie Tan and Charlie Blouse.
