The big highlight of the Singapore Food Festival, this line-up of stalls by the bay includes big names like The Disgruntled Chef, Restaurant Labyrinth, Candlenut and Stellar at 1-Altitude hawking their signature creations. There’ll also be a pop-up chef collaboration featuring a five-course menu – for $40, you’ll get satay, chilli crab, bak kut teh, laksa cheong fun and, er, kaya with bread.

Akimbo from Seoul guest stars at this party to dish out a wicked mix of everything from ‘vintage analog boogie’ to new electronic and pop.
