Hamming for the camera, Singaporean wrestler Dante Chen totally killed it in his debut WWE bout the states, and Singapore today can catch his single-round match online.
Singapore’s first WWE wrestler, whose real name is Sean Tan, went from being thrown over Trey Baxter of Tennessee’s shoulders at last night’s NXT 2.0 event to dodging an aerial attack and trashing his rival with an inside cradle maneuver.
“Look at the strength!” proclaim the announcers. “Chen! From an inside cradle to a devastating maneuver … what a debut for Dante Chen!”
Chen was basking in the glory of mini melee-drama today.
“Go for the wins, they lead to championships. 1-0,” the 25-year-old wrestler said on Twitter.
