Can’t get enough of open-air cinema pop-ups? Or maybe the freezing cold movie theatres have got you feeling a little claustrophobic. Then you’ll be happy to hear that besides the Singapore Open Air Cinema Club at co-working space The Hive, soon you’ll have another option to watch films in a breezy, outdoor setting.
Sunset Cinema Tanjong Beach, set up by the team behind the annual Films At The Fort festival, is a new open-air beach cinema event at said beach in Sentosa. Nothing’s quite set in stone about its opening date yet, but it does promise award-winning films, DJs, bars, bites, deck chairs to lounge on and, of course, stunning ocean-side views of sunsets.
