Just a few months back, Vogue treated viewers to a beautifully shot video titled Elle Fanning’s Fan Fantasy. A play on her last name, the short featured the American actress — in commemoration of her first Vogue cover and her role in Sofia Coppola’s US civil war film The Beguiled — fanned everything from The Rock to her fan mail in multiple scenarios.

Now that Christmas is around the corner, local musician Inch Chua has created her own Christmas-themed, Hokkien-style parody version, playing on different scenarios such as “Inch Chua Inching”, “Inch kua Inch Chua” (Inch looking at Inch), and “Inch kua tio gui” (Inch saw a ghost).

To end it off, the singer-songwriter lip-synched her way through Mariah Carey’s classic Yuletide tune (the one you hear in practically every mall and supermarket), All I Want for Christmas is You — suitably dressed as the Grinch. Grinch Chua, if you may.

Merry Inchmas Christmas, everyone!
