A TikTok troll sent Taylor Swift fans on a whirlwind of emotions after making them think that the American popstar isn’t actually using her real name.
TikTok user UnfilteredPresents crashed a Taylor Swift-themed party at the Hard Rock Cafe on Friday to convince several Swifties that the singer had a different name all along.
“We’re going to gaslight Taylor Swift fans into thinking that Taylor Swift is not her real name, let’s go!” the interviewer said.

While some fans were visibly confused at the start, they went along and threw guesses when the interviewer led them on by saying that Swift’s real name starts with an ‘A’.
“Annabelle,” “Amber,” “Angel,” “Ashley” and even an “Angela Swiftphone” were a few of the guesses heard.
One even laid out her full name correctly – which is Taylor Alison Swift – but got shot down by the interviewer who said that that was her “stage name.”
The 33-year-old singer is in the midst of her The Eras Tour in the U.S. but no dates have been dropped for an Asian tour yet.
Other trolls crawled into the comments section to give their guesses.
If you’re a true Swiftie, don’t let anyone make you second-guess yourself!
