If your idea of doing good leans towards helping out at animal shelters or advocating to give an abandoned pet a new home, this could be of interest to you. As an initiative to support Animal Lovers League (ALL), local tattoo artists have come together to design animal-themed t-shirts for the ‘Tees for Fees’ campaign.
You’ll be happy to know that every single drop of the profits will go to ALL — Singapore’s largest animal shelter and longest-serving animal welfare group — which is currently home to about 700 cats and dogs. The funds raised will be used for operational costs, medical treatments and potentially life-saving vaccinations for the creatures.
Local well-known personalities have also been roped in to wear and promote the tees and the good cause — among them are musicians like Sandra Riley Tang (1/4 of The Sam Willows), Kevin Lester (aka THELIONCITYBOY), Aarika Lee and Sezairi Sezali, as well as actor/host Paul Foster, MTV Asia VJ Hanli Hoefer and actress Melody Chen.
The shirts ($22.90 each) are made of 100 percent cotton and come in three colours — black, white and grey — for kids and adults.

Perhaps a good gift this season for your animal lovin’ friend — you know, the one who’s constantly posting cute vids of playful dogs or cat memes or tragic pet adoption stories.
