Block parties are popping up everywhere, and this month, there’s gonna be one at Tan Boon Liat. Known for hosting numerous furniture brands, the building is throwing its first party, with 20 participating home ware showrooms opening their doors to the public — just in time for you to stock up and deck your halls for the holidays.
Brands on the line-up include Ethnicraft Online, Journey East, Golden Teak, Arete Culture, Singapore Trading Post, Deer Industries, Make Room and lots more. You can expect to browse through everything from Chinese antiques and eco-friendly designer pieces to handwoven carpets and tailor-made sofas. The two-day event will feature design workshops, food and wine tastings, silent auctions, special offers, collection launches and more than $5,000 worth of prizes.
Tan Boon Liat Block Party is on Nov 26 & 27, 10am-7pm at Tan Boon Liat Building, 315 Outram Rd. Free.
