Glen Matlock, the bass guitarist who was part of the The Sex Pistols’ founding lineup, will be performing at the opening of agnès b. Punk+ Photo Exhibition in Singapore on Oct. 2.
The showcase, featuring 28 photos that profile the 1970s punk phenomenon, is presented by legendary photographer Sheila Rock in honour of the French label’s 10th anniversary in the Lion City. They’ve been taken from her book Punk+, which contains never-before-seen moments with big names such as The Clash, Generation X and of course, The Sex Pistols.
While the opening night is a closed event, the exhibition will be open to public through Oct. 29 at The Substation Gallery.
Books, accessories and vinyl records will also be on sale at a pop-up store within the exhibition space.
