Buckle up, people, ’cause it’s gonna get really loud and crowded if you’re in the Marina Bay area on Apr. 16. That’s when Robert Downey Jr. (aka Iron Man, and Sherlock Holmes) and Benedict Cumberbatch (aka Doctor Strange, but also Sherlock Holmes) will be stopping by our humble little island for an Avengers: Infinity War red carpet event.

Crammed to the max with superheroes — 80 characters will supposedly appear on screen — the film will only be released here on Apr. 25, but if you’d like to catch the actors up close and personal, Marina Bay Sands is where you’ll wanna be.

Besides the household names, actress Karen Gillan —  she plays cyborg assassin Nebula, sister to Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy, and was last seen in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle — and co-director Joe Russo will also make an appearance.

Luckily for us plebs, this Hollywood blockbuster red carpet event is free and open to the public, which means anyone can get the opportunity to take a bunch of selfies with the stars. You’ll just have to take the day off to beat the crowds for a good spot and, y’know, toss out your dignity if you’re the starstruck type to lose all semblance of self-control when you’re around celebs.

Registration will be on a first-come-first-served basis, and everyone has to sign up in person at Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall B, from 7am on Apr. 16. If you’re thinking about beating the system by getting in line the night before, take note that no one will be allowed to queue before the stated time slot.

Once you’ve got your coveted wrist band, feel free to stick around the expo hall for screenings of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Captain America: Civil War before the red carpet event starts at 7:30pm.

In the meantime, gaze at the celebrities’ names (literally) in lights. Oh, and be sure to check out a hilariously Sweded trailer of Infinity War made by some Malaysian college kids (and approved by Russo brothers themselves).

And watch the trailer for the umpteenth time below.
