This exhibition brings together selected works from five private collections based in Singapore. The list of participants looks like a roll call of the most in-demand artists from their countries — Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, United States, India, Japan, Germany, Denmark, Hong Kong, Vietnam, France and Indonesia — and the promise of seeing 27 never-before-seen works in the flesh, for a limited time, is enough to get us excited and jealous at the same time.
Expect to see works by Yee I-Lann, Mawen Ong, Yang Jiechang, Theaster Gates, Asim Waquif, Kohei Nawa, Wolfgang Tillmans, Olafur Eliasson, Hung Fai, Melissa Tan, Yan Heng, Wawi Navarozza, Perception3, Martha Atienza, TeamLab, Dinh Q Le, Guillaume Gelot, Melati Suryodarmo, Zhang Dali, Yang Yongliang, Koon Wai Bong, Travess Smalley, Mark Hagen, Jigger Cruz, and John Santos.
