Outdoor movies, indoor picnics in Lepak at The National Museum end this month

The National Museum will be hosting a chill-out night carnival on Jan. 31 from 6pm, featuring outdoor movie screenings, pop up food and retail stores, and indoor picnic spaces — all freely open to the public.

Creative collective and event organisers Kueh Kakis invite all to an uber-hip hang-out session in the appropriately titled Lepak at The National Museum, where folks can feast upon the diverse succulent delights offered for sale, including the rich sandwiches of Park Bench Deli and addictive fried fish skins of Fish Sh-nack, while the fine bartenders of The Secret Mermaid will be on hand to settle all your alcoholic needs.

Get your shopping fix through the various pop-up retail stores such as cool magazine dealers Magpie, organic food shop Batch, the colourful illustrations of Puffingmuffin and many other vendors.
