Remember when a work-in-progress Singaporean edition of Cards Against Humanity surfaced online? Pretty much the best school project ever created, it was the brainchild of Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) student Tan Yong Heng. Wickedly hilarious, politically incorrect and deliciously local — what with all the references to aunties on MRTs, ERP gantries, Singapore’s competitive school system and underage ah lians — the card game was all anyone could talk about for a while. And how we wished we could actually purchase it.
Well… who says dreams don’t come true? Come December 22, you can finally buy Limpeh Says — it’s self-described as ‘a terrible card game for we the citizens of Singapore’.
