Residents in Seletar and neighboring estates will find themselves spoilt for choice come December this year when Seletar Mall opens, Singapore Business Review reported.
The four-level mall is a joint venture development by Singapore Press Holdings and United Engineers Limited, with expected store tenants including Cineplex, a local food court, retail shops, and a supermarket in the basement.
The mall is located in the North-East, and is easily accessible by MRT/LRT (Sengkang North East Line), the Sengkang bus interchange, and the Tampines as well as Central Expressway.
