Online design retailer Naiise.com today launched their third and by far, largest, pop-up store.
The Design Supermarket happening from July 31 — Aug. 20 at the Orchard Central Level 1 Discovery Walk will showcase products from over 80 brands like The Edible Company, FARM, SMEG and WhenIWasFour, in a setting designed to mimic a — you guessed it — supermarket.
There’ll be a gallery and even a bakery, put together with custom-made cardboard structures (think ‘cash registers’ and ‘ATM machines’) made by Paper Carpenter, and furnishings by Journey East.
The Design Supermarket will also house a workshop space, where various activities like local food sampling, art exhibitions and handcraft demonstrations will be held.
