The rumours of Morrissey coming to perform in Singapore have been true after all — the iconic English singer will be dropping by for a show at Marina Barrage come Oct 15.
The seminal Brit-rock figure is embarking on a tour across the United States and Asia, and Singapore’s one of the many stops this October. Most famously known as the former frontman of legendary English band The Smiths, Morrissey has been enjoying a celebrated solo career, with the recent World Peace is None of Your Business being his 10th studio album.
After his last sold out show here, expect the ticketing situation this time to be the same (despite the guy once saying “Chinese people are a subspecies” and other strongly worded comments about non-vegans). Tickets go on sale this Friday; more info on the LAMC Productions website.
