John Mayer — Kylo Ren cosplayer, serial celebrity dater, and awkward high five giver — doesn’t really have a new record coming out, but he’s going on a world tour in 2019, nonetheless.

And yes, the blues guitar maestro and crooner will be dropping by Asia, including stops in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Tokyo in April next year. Kicking off his tour New Zealand and Australia, Mayer promises to play “two sets of music with more songs in rotation than ever before” at his shows.

Presumably, he’ll be performing acoustic classics from the 2000s, bits from his brief foray into country music, and his lovely summer bop “New Light”. Dude’s pretty hilarious in the music video for his latest single.

His concert venues in Asia haven’t been confirmed yet, but details and ticketing information should be coming out in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, enjoy this video compilation of Mayer’s best shreds.
