The Glow Festival, a week-long event all about wellness, is returning to Marina Bay Sands from Feb. 4 to 12 with over 50 programs led by local and international celebrity fitness gurus.

The festival’s aim is to transcend one “deep into the Amazon” where they can experience the “most tranquil and magical of environments,” according to its news release.

“Mental, physical, and emotional well-being are at the core of Glow Festival 2023’s messaging. We want to inspire festivalgoers to adopt new practices to live happier and healthier lives and present them with a truly unique opportunity to unwind,” festival’s founder Martin Capstick said.

Lift your spirits with specially curated workshops and wellness classes hosted by celebrity fitness gods and yogis like Yogi Sjana Elise, Paige Hathaway, Tara Stiles, Amanda Bisk, Jonah Kest and Hiro Landazuri.

Reenergize with food from Marina Bay Sands restaurants throughout and then head over to an afterparty at Marquee Singapore on Feb. 12 where English DJ SG Lewis will headline.

Fitness experts from top wellness brands like PURE Group, lululemon, and CRU will also lead curated classes exclusively for the festival.

Workshops will be held at a multi-sensory studio space as big as the size of four tennis courts to immerse participants in the sounds, smells, and sights of nature.

The Glow App, the festival’s very own app, has fitness challenges available where one can win up to S$25,000 in cash and other prizes. It will also fundraise for the Community Chest and the Samaritans of Singapore in support of mental health.

Tickets start from S$49.

The festival previously hosted a sell-out crowd of 15,000 participants in Sentosa in 2019.
