GameStart Asia literally goes bigger this year in return to Suntec Singapore this November

After a very illustrious launch last year, video gaming convention GameStart returns for its sophomore iteration this November, promising three days of even bigger next-level highlights of the industry’s latest and greatest. As in literally, they’ll go big — the convention will now occupy twice the floor space from last year at Suntec Convention Centre.

This year has been pretty good year for games so far (The Witcher 3, Arkham knight, Rocket League) and the upcoming ones are going to be even better (Metal Gear Solid V, Mad Max, Star Wars Battlefront), so Gamestart Asia 2015 will have quite a bit to showcase. Confirmed exhibitors include the likes of Sony Computer Entertainment, Taipei Game Show, as well as various indie studios, artists and startups from Singapore, Barcelona and Hong Kong.

Aside from the line-up of the most buzzworthy games, the event will once again feature competitions such as the Capcom Pro Tour Asia Finals — where the top Street Fighter players from Asia battle it out for a spot on the year-end Capcom Cup tournament — as well as FIFA tournaments and cosplay contests.

This year’s festivities will also include a conference session for folks of the industry to share knowledge and network with each other. Not to mention GameStart’s very own mobile game, a retro-style platformer featuring their own mascot Alyse.

The event will take place from Nov 13 to 15 — stay updated on the GameStart Asia Facebook page.
