Time really flies by — apparently it’s been three years since we last made merry at Fred Perry Singapore’s uber-chic and ultra-cool series of gigs in their Subculture Live parties.

It’s been a long time coming indeed. The iconic British fashion brand is back with a fresh identity and revamped sparkle with the return of their indie and live music concert series next month. Come Aug 4, they’re bringing in Jack Savidge (of Friendly Fires fame) for an exclusive DJ set to headline the show, with support by beloved indie-disco DJ collective Poptart.
And it wouldn’t be a proper SUBCULTURELIVE without the presence of up-and-coming local acts. The dreamy sounds of Subsonic Eye and Specific Islander will grace the stage, while visual artist Amanda Tan (aka EMPYREAL) helms the lightshow.
Entry is free as always, but you’ll have to register on Peatix first for entry. Limited spots are available, so get clicking. The venue’s yet to be announced, so stay updated on their Facebook event page.
