With F1 season around the corner, here’s how you can do a little exploring on wheels yourself. Hop on a bicycle and explore a side of Singapore that you perhaps haven’t seen up close and personal at Design Circuit, a one-day cycling trail by multi-concept store Naiise in collaboration with bike sharing company oBike.

With 10 art, lifestyle, music and food pitstops in total, the trail brings you from places like street art gallery Kult Studio and design bookstore Basheer Graphics to visual arts centre Objectifs and vinyl record store The Analog Vault. You can also create your own custom stencil latte art at ArtScience Museum’s FabCafe, and refuel on complimentary small bites at cafes like Soi 55, Sticky Singapore and Everything With Fries.

While on your two-wheeler, you’ll cover the Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Bugis, Clarke Quay, Rochor and Bras Basah areas, passing by popular hangouts like Haji Lane and Aliwal Street.

Everything’s pretty much free and easy — pick up your bike and one-day complimentary oBike pass to complete the trail anytime between 3pm and 9pm, and you’ll receive an event guide, map, checklist and a Race Survival Pack (limited to the first 100 registrations).

Oh, but if you’re the competitive type, you should know that there’s a $50 Naiise gift card awaiting the first 10 participants who check off all the pitstop activities and complete the circuit.

Design Circuit is on Sept 9, 3pm-9pm. Registration at Naiise Orchardgateway. $15/person, $26/two people, $60/group of five.
