Coldplay underestimated the amount of Singapore fans they got after selling out all four days for their concert in January next year.
The British pop band announced today that they have added a 5th show date on Jan 30 for their Music Of The Spheres World Tour at the National Stadium.
“Due to incredible demand, a 5th show at Singapore National Stadium has been added for Jan 30,” the band tweeted.

Pre-sale tickets, which are only eligible to fans who subscribed to the band’s newsletter, opened at 10am this morning and almost immediately sold out at least 200,000 tickets. Queue numbers went up to over a million as fans fight for a ticket.
The band will play on Jan 23, 24, 26, 27 and now 30. Tickets to the general public will open tomorrow at 10am.
