Splashes of vibrant colours feature at Lisa Smirnova’s My Embroidered Life exhibition, where ‘painted’ pieces come together with needle and thread. It’s the first show in Singapore for the Russian illustrator and artist, who’s known for weaving enchanting narratives with her intricate stitches. To celebrate this occasion, she will display six brand new pieces at K+, alongside her previous works.
Head over to the gallery at Scotts Square to see the rough-hewn hand embroidery for yourself.

Lisa Smirnova’s ‘My Embroidered Life’ is from Apr 22-May 22, daily noon-8pm at K+, #03-14/15 Scotts Square, 6 Scotts Rd. Free.
