Check out this retail pop-up featuring cool fashion and designer crafts by local labels

We love it when local designers get to show off their stuff, ’cause we’ve got a talented bunch of brands creating great goods in Singapore. That’s why you should check out ‘Zhuang — Home of Singapore Designers’, a pop-up at TANGS that fuses fashion, art and technology.

At the center of the space is Installation Lucid, an artwork by multi-disciplinary artist Daryl Goh, who blends light and colour with projection mapping. A revolving collection of locally-designed outfits will be projected onto the mannequin to showcase homegrown brands through the next few months.

Spread out all over the retail area are fashion, accessories, bags and lifestyle brands selling everything from quirkily-designed dresses and funky jewellery to knick knacks with a local twist. On the apparel front are labels like Desti Saint, Frontrow by Klarra, Mash-Up, Rêvasseur and Ying The Label; if you’re looking for eclectic, Singapore-centric goods, hit up The Farm Store, Concreate, Make Your Own, The Little Dröm Store, Onlewo or Desinere. Items from the Art Faculty by Pathlight School are also featured here — for every artwork or product sold, the special needs artists will earn royalties for their craft.
