Step right up to brick haven!
Now opened for all your playful building needs at Resorts World Sentosa, Lego’s new Singapore store is filled with giant statues, building stations, and a mosaic booth.
The 3,165 sq ft-space greets fans with its 17-meter tall brick facade as well as the city’s largest mosaic wall, measuring around two meters high and four meters wide. The wall comprises over 100,000 pieces that are put together to form images of the Cavenagh Bridge, the Fullerton Hotel, and the Singapore River, while Sentosa, the Gardens by the Bay supertrees, and the Merlion were built as 3D brick statues.
If you’ve dreamed of creating a portrait of yourself using Lego, there’s a mosaic making machine that can do that for you at S$179.90 (US$134). There’s also a building station with heaps of bricks to choose from and an augmented reality interactive kiosk that can help you visualize assembled models.
