Biggest, longest K-pop concert set for Nov 16

The 2013 edition of the MBC Korean Music Wave is set to the biggest, longest and most “connected” K-pop concert in Singapore.

More than 65 K-pop artists including 2AM, 2PM, 4Minute, B1A4, BAP, EXO, FT Island, IU, Kara, SHINee and Sistar will be performing on November 16, 7pm at The Meadow, Gardens by the Bay, which boasts a standing space for up to 30,000 people. Celebrities hosting the mega concert were not revealed at the press conference held yesterday in Seoul (see recording of the live telecast below). 

Tickets, priced at $168 (Hill 3), $188 (Hills 2A & 2B), $238 (Hill 1), $268 (Premier), $368 (Platinum) and $688 (Super VIP Experience package), will go on sale to the public on September 2 via Singtic. Priority booking will start a day earlier on September 1, 9am-6pm at *SCAPE.

Fans from around the world who’re not able to be there physically for the concert can watch the delayed broadcast on MBC’s own free-to-air channel in Korea.

MBC Korean Music Wave 2013 in Singapore is organized by the Fatfish Group, which invests in biotech and digital startups.
