London-based glitter-loving designer Ashish Gupta is ready to launch his hot mess of a Spring/Summer 2014 collection for Topshop, which will be available to Singapore shoppers from May 29, exclusively at the Knightsbridge store.
A teaser on Her World Plus reveals his 10th Topshop collaboration is inspired by a luxury hotel vacay and is based on his own resort collection, “Paradise Hotel”.
Cheekily titled “Beach, Please”, it consists of casual items like tees and hoodies seemingly made out of luscious terry cloth and swathed in the “Paradise Hotel” logo, plus over-the-top accessories like platform Buffalo sneakers, pool sliders, transparent backpacks and clutches — all equipped with LED lights.
About those sneakers… Apparently Lily Allen’s already got a pair. Lucky!
