American Writers Festival gets major re-launch in its 5th edition this September

Celebrated American authors will be dropping by in September for the fifth outing of the American Writers Festival (AWF) in four days of literary enlightenment with award-winning wordsmiths.

Taking place from Sep 14 to 19 at Yale-NUS College and the Singapore Management University, the beefy line-up features the renowned likes of novelist Adam Johnson (Parasites Like Us, The Orphan Master’s Son), playwright Rajiv Joseph (Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo, Animals Out of Paper), Poet Laureate of Brooklyn Tina Chang, as well as many more acclaimed personalities.

Attendees will get the chance to engage in dialogue with the various writers in readings and panel discussions next month, in a major re-launch of the AWF.

It’s free entry to the events but you’ll have to register for the events — more details on their website.
