Before the Mid-Autumn Festival comes around, there’ll be plenty of mooncakes on sale everywhere you go. If you have no idea where to get yours from, check out this selection from Raffles Singapore before you weigh your options. From the snow skin range, there’s only one new creation this year, and it’s the peanut butter milk chocolate feuilletine — a rich blend of chocolate praline, velvety peanut butter and crispy feuilletine.
Returning favourites include champagne truffle and ganache, Earl Grey tea and chocolate pearl truffle, dark chocolate crunchy pearl with a hint of mint, and the Raffles cognac truffle, a mix of brandy and dark chocolate truffle.



As for the baked mooncakes, traditional ones on the menu are the double yolk with macadamia nuts and white lotus paste, Mother-of-Pearl with single yolk and white lotus paste, and pine nuts with macadamia nuts and white lotus paste.

They’ve also got the gift set options for both types of mooncakes.

Online purchases are available on the website till Sept 12, and the mooncake festival booth will be available at the North Bridge Road Atrium at Raffles Singapore from July 19-Sept 15, 9am-8.30pm.
