The next time someone tells you to eat your greens, just head over to Potato Head Folk. Three Buns’ burger of the month comes in the form of Ceelo Green. It’s a hunky 120g patty of aged UK beef drenched in salsa verde, caraway mayo, ketchup and a triple dosage of cheese, sandwiched in between a fluffy matcha green tea bun.
Keep in theme with an order of crispy seaweed fries and a refreshing Green Arrow cocktail — it’s a mix of gin, cucumber juice, apple juice, mint, coriander and lemon juice.
