Its recently-launched new cocktail menu — crafted by head bartender Yugnes Susela and his team — is divided into three categories for your easy reference. High & Mighty refers to potent spirit blends, Subtle & Gentle spotlights refreshing, easy-to-drink concoctions, and Refined & Renewed features classics with a twist.

Nakajima’s Dansu ($22) — A floral concoction of cherry blossom tea bourbon, apricot brandy, and orange and apple bitters, served in a cloud of smoke tinged with the scent of water lily and sencha.Temporada ($24) — Rum is mixed with coconut agave syrup, rockmelon juice, fizz and Indian borage (otherwise known as Mexican mint) to create a light cocktail that goes down easily. Ideal for amateur drinkers.Smoked Up ($20) — Inspired by the predicament of Chuck Noland, a Tom Hanks character who was stranded on a deserted island in the film Cast Away, this drink blends lapsang souchong tequila, banana maple syrup and Peychaud’s Bitters.12AM Misery ($23) — Drown your midnight troubles in this rich tipple, which features Trinidad dark rum, dry sherry, hazelnut orgeat syrup, chocolate bitters and pumpkin leaf.Third Fire Cannon ($22) — Have a party in your mouth with this sassy drink of house-blend spirits, all spiced brewed syrup, lime, pineapple and fizz.Go-ju/Go-ju ($20) — Resist the temptation to spoon up a mouthful of the pistachio cream on top and go straight for the sweet mix of banana bourbon, apricot brandy, Irish whiskey and carrot cherry.To pad your stomach, order up plates of bar bites like crispy tofu skin ($8), mushroom tempura with crispy tofu crumbs ($10), roasted pork belly ($16), salted egg yolk chicken wings ($16) and more.
