Easter’s just around the corner. Whether you celebrate it or not, it’s a great excuse to get together with family and friends, and stuff your face with everything that a buffet spread can offer.

Catalunya Singapore

Who’s up for a three-day brunch party? The good folks at this waterfront restaurant are offering you three hours of feasting on plates of traditional suckling pig, seafood paella, jamon iberico, churros and more. Specials on the menu include the cod and chickpea stew, lamb wellington, and hornazo, a Spanish Easter meat pie.

Chihuly Lounge

This one’s a chill affair. Nibble on canapés and Easter desserts as you sip on unlimited Moet & Chandon champagne with a DJ spinning slick beats in the backdrop.

Cocotte

The restaurant’s signature Weekend Brunch Trolley goes the route of traditional French Easter favourites, the highlight of which is the seven-hour slow roasted lamb, cooked with rosemary and garlic.

Colony

This Easter Champagne Brunch consists of crustaceans on ice, 30 types of cheese and Easter confections, as well as an appearance by the Easter bunny, an egg hunt, a face-painting corner and a bouncy castle area for the young ones.

ilLido at the Cliff

The picturesque space has curated a four-course Italian brunch featuring egg Milanese, nettle and cod ravioli, roasted sea bream and yogurt and white chocolate morbida.

Kwee Zeen

Book the Magnifique Sunday Champagne Brunch if you’re hankering for a buffet of fresh seafood, charcuterie cuts, and local dishes. Highlights include the lamb croquette with raspberry jam, crab profiteroles and garlic lamb chops. Of course, there’ll be Easter-themed desserts plated up.

Oxwell & Co

Round up your best buddies and head to this breezy Ann Siang Road gastro-pub for an Easter special. The meat of the day is an oven roasted whole lamb leg, dunked in gravy or mint sauce, and surrounded by sides like potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. It feeds six, so dial in your pre-orders before making your way over.

Potato Head Folk

The Easter Brunch Platter at Three Buns serves up slow cooked date and pistachio stuffed lamb with roasted veggies, and ends off on a sweet note with a dessert of caramelised apple, blackberry crumble and vanilla custard.

The Carvery

Sink your teeth into a slab of wagyu roast beef or leg of lamb as you eye the spread, which includes hot cross buns, herb roasted chicken, wood-fired oven pizzas and Yorkshire pudding. There’s also an Easter egg decorating corner for kids to unleash their creativity.
