These cookies have quirky names inspired by personality types

Cookies are making a comeback, and Singaporean baked goods company Folks & Stories should be on top of your list the next time a craving hits! A cross between the overstuffed “monster cookie” and a traditional one, these cookies are thick, soft, and chewy with just the right amount of crunch at the edges.

What began as a side hustle in her university years, baking turned into a full-time job for Jody Ang, who describes her baking style as rustic. She’s constantly developing interesting flavor profiles and wants to bring joy and meaning back to gifting with her confections. Quirky flavor names like Cheesy Joker (brown butter cheesecake), Mister Muscle (peanut and brown butter), and Daytime Dreamer (dark brownie center) are inspired by personality types and injects some storytelling when you’re putting together a customized box. In case you were wondering, you won’t find any artificial flavors or coloring here — Folks & Stories’ baked goods are made using only natural ingredients. We love!

We’re giving away 2 boxes (with 6 cookies each) of assorted flavors just for 2 lucky members!
