If you’ve been to Teppei you’ll know that it is almost always fronted by a queue that makes you age just by looking at it.
The next time it happens, you’ll have another option — Hana-Hana, which officially launches on May 31 and is right next door (#01-17 Orchid Hotel, 1 Tras Link).
Chef Yamashita Teppei is dedicating this one — which will look and feel as discreet as his namesake hit omakase joint — to yakitori and other grilled foods.
Come at lunch for the rice bowls topped with yakiniku and other ingredients, and at night for the Fukuoka-style meat skewers.
