We’ve already thought highly of Super Loco and its Mexican nosh, and their joint at Customs House is no different — tequilas and tacos alongside a gorgeous view of the Marina Bay is most excelente.
The waterfront eatery ups its game once again with new additions to their menu. Folks can now look forward to the likes of Oyster Kilpedro (grilled oyster with habanero infused Worcestershire, chorizo and shallot, $7 each) and Huitlacoche Tostada (tortillas with Mexican truffle, wild mushrooms, salsa serrano and epazote, $14). Those with a meatier palate should dig into the Costilla de Cerdo ($30), a mouth-watering platter of slow-cooked pork ribs, spicy pineapple salsa, habanero, and tortillas.

The true highlight of the new additions however are the Tequila and Mezcal Tasting Flights, which are definitely not for the faint-hearted. Each flight arrives with three fiery agave spirits in 15ml portions, featuring spirits of various intensity and texture. The Flight 505 to Oaxaca ($22+) is an assured romp, where patrons can experience the smoky and mysterious delights of mescal.
