Singapore Cocktail Festival is back with real people and real pours from the Old Smoke to the Lion City – no Zoom required.

Thirty-six bars will serve up music-themed cocktails, boozy brunches, bar crawls and a collaboration with London Cocktail Week at more than 60 events running for a month starting Nov. 12.

“With everything that the industry has gone through since last year, we wanted to reflect on how far the cocktail industry has come. By initiating a collaboration between the cocktail cohort in London, one of the oldest cocktail cities in the world; and Singapore, crowning cocktail capital of Asia, we wanted to show how we can remain resilient so long we stay together,” festival cofounder Ivy Woo said in the announcement.

Since blasting music at bars has been put on pause, the festival will incorporate themes of music in cocktails. Sinatra fans have a lot of options, from immersing themselves in Madame Fan’s To Be Frank to Employees Only Singapore’s I Did It My Way, a Manhattan-style cocktail inspired by America’s Got Talent contestant Sal Valentinetti’s rendition of My Way. MO Bar will serve Roaring City, a pineapple-based gin cocktail inspired by Sarah Kang’s Summer Is For Falling In Love

More of a day drinker? Check out the festival’s cocktail brunches that will run for all five weekends and sip on concoctions from 10 bars such as Astor Bar, Jekyll & Hyde, Ju Hua Tai, Low Tide, Madame Fan, MO Bar, Origin Bar, Republic Bar, Tess Bar & Kitchen, and Tippling Club.

Go on bar crawls to joints that made Asia’s and World’s best bars lists from Singapore to London. They include Junior The Pocket Bar X Happiness Forgets, Manhattan X Artesian, Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall X Behind This Wall, The Elephant Room X Coupette, Bar Stories X Eve Bar, and No Sleep Club X Three Sheets.

Feast fancy with Asor Bar’s four-course menu that includes a seafood platter with Alaskan king crab, French oysters and shrimps, or chow down on their tuna tartare, Boston lobster rolls and truffle Croque-Monsieur.

Or stick to local delights with Low Tide’s rendang (coconut meat stew) with lemang (glutinous rice), makrut aka kaffir lime cake and grilled miso egg plant. Wash them all down with their selection of refreshing gin cocktails.

Advance registration is required.
