Feel like it’s time for an epicurean experience with food, wine and other righteous debauchery? We recommend slating a date with decadence next Saturday afternoon in Oxwell & Co’s free-flow brunch party, featuring four whole floors of gastronomic experiences.
Oxwell Towers: Four Floors of Frolicks promises to inject some daytime cheer to your weekend at Club Street, in the first of many monthly parties at the British-inspired gastro-pub. From 1pm to 4pm, expect a slew of piquant canapés and a hearty line-up of drinks across the four levels of the building while DJ Patrick Oliver handles the duties behind the decks.
The Gastrobar on the first floor will be an appetising introduction, with lager and Pimms Cup on tap, accompanied by rustic snacks such as scotch eggs and pork scratchings. The Dining Room on the second floor offers bigger fare, with wine, Mini Yorkshire Puddings with roast beef, oxtail and mash pasties and mini fish ‘n’ chips.

The Oxwell Study on the third floor should satiate the sweet tooth with quaint desserts like Lemon Posset & Shortbread Pots and Eaton Mess, as well as Old Fashioned cocktails. The rooftop bar on the fourth floor is where you can enjoy the fresh outdoors in an urban herb garden alongside some Hendrick’s Gin.
Such abundance of mirthful food and beverages don’t come cheap however — it’s $95++ per person. But really, you shouldn’t complain about the price since you’re getting access to free flow everything for three hours. Tickets to the Feb 27 party are available on Peatix; more deets on the Facebook event page.
