The couple behind successful blogshop Love, Bonito, Frederick Yap and Velda Tan, are about to launch their new venture — a restaurant specialising in American lobster.
Called Pince & Pints, the New York style decorated restaurant located at 32-33 Duxton Road sets out to offer “fresh, succulent and quality lobsters at accessible prices”.
The restaurant imports lobsters from places like Boston and Maine, and stores them in a warehouse facility with an environment that keeps them “stress-free”.
They’re then prepared and cooked into various dishes, such as butter poached lobster rolls and chilli lobster.
A selection of craft beers and cocktails will accompany the food menu.
