After all the never-ending buzz over last year’s inaugural Michelin Guide Singapore — which saw 29 stars doled out, two hawker stalls receiving one star each, and Joël Robuchon at Resorts World Sentosa as the only restaurant to clinch the coveted three stars — it’s hard to believe that the second edition will soon be upon us.

Come June 29, the Michelin Guide Singapore 2017 will officially be unveiled at The Fullerton Hotel, one week after the release of the Bib Gourmand selection (the list that features good food at affordable prices). If you’d like to be a part of the festivities, get tickets to the glamorous Star Event, where you’ll luxuriate in the presence of celebs/chefs/celeb chefs and feast on a dinner that includes dishes by the chefs of local names like Jade, terra, and Corner House, as well as Macau’s Jade Dragon and Chicago’s Grace.

For those who just wanna get their hands on the new guide ($39.95), pre-order before June 22 for free delivery.

Michelin Guide Singapore 2017 Star Event is on June 29, 6pm at The Fullerton Hotel. $595/seat, includes five-course wine-pairing dinner.
