Next time you’re in the mood for drinks before dinner in the Orchard area, keep in mind the two gin-centric bars at Grand Hyatt Singapore. The popular Martini Bar, which recently underwent a revamp, is now serving up seven new martini concoctions, including several interesting-sounding flavors like gummy bear and apple truffle. Its new food menu offers bites like truffle camembert and wagyu bresaola.
Also located at the restaurant mezza9 is the Party Room, a new gin watering hole that’s decorated with hand-woven Peranakan fabrics on the walls. Stocked with more than 60 premium gins from around the world, the bar’s booze selection includes Asia’s first craft gin, Paper Lantern.
Pop by during happy hour (5pm-9pm) to unwind after work, and your wallet will thank you as you sip on G&Ts and martinis for $14.
