It’s only been a couple months since PS Cafe opened its largest branch at One Fullerton, but here it is again, with another new space in the heart of the civic district. The 10th outlet, situated at Raffles City, sprawls across 3,300 sq ft and towers over 7m in height, framed by massive glass panels and black arches.

It sure makes for a pretty, brightly lit sight in the mall — and of course, this being PS Cafe, you can expect to see lush greenery at every corner.

As for what’s on the menu, the restaurant’s signature sandwiches, salads and pasta will all be served here, alongside dishes exclusive to the Raffles City outlet. These include buttermilk fried chicken with smoked jalapeño aioli and BBQ sauce, Norwegian smoked salmon sandwich with avocado salsa, and mushroom and fennel sausage conchiglie with broccoli, spinach, and parmesan.

If you’re just seeking a quick break from retail therapy, the usual tea and dessert selection offers crowd faves like the double chocolate blackout cake and the banana butterscotch cake.

PS Cafe is at #03-37 Raffles City, 252 North Bridge Rd. Daily 9:30am-10pm.
