There’s another pizza place in town, and it’s coming for the Pizza Hut and Domino’s fans with its fast service and low prices. American chain Little Caesars Pizza, arriving in Southeast Asia with outlets in Manila and Singapore, throws its official opening party at Income at Raffles today.
Known for its piping hot, pre-made 12-inch pepperoni and cheese pies that supposedly travels from behind the counter to your eager hands in 30 seconds (or less), the brand goes for affordable pizzas with prices that start from $7.99. Pizza dough and tomato sauce are apparently made in-house as well, with other 12-inch options ($13.49) like Hawaiian, 3 Meat Treat (pepperoni, sausage, bacon), and Veggie.
For more carbs, the popular Crazy Bread (essentially garlic butter breadsticks with parmesan cheese) will set you back $2.99 for four pieces, while Caesar Wings ($5.99/six) comes with dips ($1 each) like buffalo ranch, cheesy jalapeño, and buttery garlic.
Little Caesars’ orange-hued space looks just like any other fast food joint, but if you’re craving some cheese and carbs, the store offers a couple grand opening promos today, including two pizzas (pepperoni or cheese) and a 1.5-litre drink for $15, which comes with a free tee. However, it’s worth noting that our Manila team described its menu as hit and miss, so here’s hoping the brand ups its game in Singapore.
