Platters Bistro & Bar as you know it will be gone by the end of February.
That means you’ve got three days left to tuck into chef Jeremy Nguee’s specials, including his ‘never die before’ combination of burnt steak and burnt chicken with gula melaka candied bacon and ‘fat die you’ dessert platter, a memorable plate of caramel fondant, coffee jelly, banana ice-cream, chilli chocolate crumb and almond brittle.
The space on 42 Club Street will unveil on Mar. 10 a refreshed tapar bar concept run by the team of My Little Spanish Place (MLSP) in Bukit Timah.
Chefs Maria Sevillano and Edward Esmero of MSLP are said to be designing the tapas menu right now and promise the new restaurant-bar will offer an extensive list of Spanish wines.
