COCONUTS HOT SPOT — For those bored out of their xiao long baos and bubble milk teas, there’s a new Taiwanese café serving items like ‘Party In Your Mouth’ ($18.90) and rose coffee ($8). Plonk into chairs with rabbit ears and lose yourself in the baby blue interiors of Dazzling Café on the ground floor of newly renovated Capitol Building. It soft-opens on April 17.
In Taiwan, Dazzling is known for its quirky interiors and for thick slabs of toast bread that look nothing like breakfast; try the Shibuya-style honey toast ($15.90). For something more filling, go for the popular Mentaiko pasta ($18.90).
