For one night only, two awesome chefs are joining forces to whip up a seven-course menu

Things never get boring in the food scene here. Take next week, for example. Chef Darren Farr from The Lokal and Chef Asai Masashi from Bincho will helm the kitchen together for one special evening at Bincho’s space in Tiong Bahru. Expect to taste a unique seven-course collaboration menu that includes dishes like konnyaku steak with pork belly and fried quinoa, braised pork cheek with kale apple salad, kimchi chicken somen in soya bean soup, and buttermilk panna cotta with kaya and biscotti.

It’s $88 per person for the meal, but add on $40 or $65 for a four or nine sake pairing experience.

The Lokal Goes Bincho is on Sept 26, 6pm-8.30pm and 8.30pm-10pm at Bincho, #01-19, 78 Moh Guan Terrace. $88/seven-course menu. Make a reservation here.
