Japanese-Italian restaurant Nuvo, which recently refreshed their menu with dishes like angel hair wakame and Kurobuta pork belly, is launching their revamped bar concept on Feb. 28.
Soon to be a cocktail lounge, the bar located at Marina Square’s The Dining Edition will offer Italian cocktails with a twist, concocted by celeb mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong (Maison Ikkoku).
On the menu are five originals the Agrumi, Elderflower Bomb, My Fair Geisha, Nashi Hana and Summer Zen (pictured; a sake cocktail made with pink guava liquer and freshly squeezed passionfruit).
From Mar. 1 — 31, Nuvo is offering promo prices on all the original cocktails, starting from $12.
