A Celebrity-famous Japanese restaurant will start taking orders next month.

Singapore can finally get a taste of Nobu when it opens at the Four Seasons Hotel on June 1.

Celebrity chef and founder Nobu Matsuhisa gained immense fame for his modern Japanese creations that blend traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian ingredients. It caught the attention of veteran actor Robert De Niro, who is now a partner.

The space is situated in an outdoor Japanese garden where a sake bar is propped against the city skyline. This is the first restaurant that features a “Chef’s Table” in a private dining space with an outdoor Japanese garden.

Signature dishes include Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeno and Nobu Classics like Toro Tartare with Caviar, Cup Sushi, and Nobu Crispy Rice. They are available in the restaurant’s multi-course Omakase menu and Teppanyaki dinner, which is only offered at a few Nobu restaurants.

Diners can expect craft cocktails switched up periodically with the brand’s sake brewed exclusively for its nearly 50 restaurants worldwide.

The upscale restaurant is run by Executive Chef Hideki Maeda and Executive Sushi Chef Takahiro Tim Otomo, both of whom worked in the London and Caesars Palace restaurants with close to 60 years culinary experience combined.

Reservations are open now by phone at 6831 7653 or by email.
