New menu at Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House offers even more Asian-Western fusion delicacies

Tucked away in the upper-crust nooks and crannies of Sentosa Cove lies Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House, offering critically acclaimed dishes that offer modern takes on Chinese cuisine.

With owner and head chef Ricky Ng helming the posh fare, diners at the restaurant get the best in New Age Chinese cuisine with through artisanal signatures such as the Pomelo Chilli Crab and wok-fried Kagoshima Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. It comes to no surprise then that they’ve now set up Blue Lotus Concepts International to launch more restaurants of similar vein in the near future.

They’re pushing the boundaries of Chinese cuisine yet again with a newly launched menu. Diners will now be able to savour the likes of Smoked Truffle Wonton Lobster Bisque, Slow Roast Spanish Style Suckling Pig with preserved beancurd sauce, Josper Grilled Chicken Rice Paella, Chilled Durian Puree Shaved Ice and many more dishes that land at the crossroads of Western and Asian cuisine.

Soon you won’t even have to travel yonder to the far reaches of Sentosa island to get the Blue Lotus experience. Come Nov 1, the Blue Lotus Chinese Grillhouse & Bar will be hitting the heart of the city at the upcoming Tanjong Pagar Centre.
