Dessert lovers in Singapore are really spoiled for choice. As if we don’t have enough ice cream parlors and cafes for sweet tooths, here’s another one brought to you by someone from singing competition Campus Superstar called Keely Wee.
Called Froroll, the cafe offers a menu divided into two categories: “Back to basics” and “Extravaganza”. Under the former, expect to see a twist on your favorite traditional ice cream bread.

Here, hotdog buns replace white bread (not sure how we feel about that) and flavors come in options like strawberry, key lime pie, caramel, s’more or the ever-present, multi-colored Rainbow Fantasy. Each dish is also served up with cookies and baked dessert bars of their namesake.

If you’re after something a little different, flip through the menu of elaborate creations and you’ll find something called the Volcanic Avalanche ($15.80) — a raspberry molten lava cake hidden within a tower of chocolate crust and surrounded by florentine cookie and vanilla ice cream. It’s even got liquid nitrogen mist billowing out of its core, so you can capture it all for your ‘gram.

There’s also the Berry Rosy Flower Pot ($15.80) with a rose-shaped strawberry sitting atop ice cream and vanilla pound cake, as well as the Flowerpecker and Nest ($15.80) of chocolate eggs stuffed with caramel, lying on a “nest” made of fried vermicelli and chocolate-coated pretzel sticks.

Froroll is at #01-26 The Venue Shoppes, 2 Tai Thong Crescent. Daily 11am-11pm.
